Snake River Falls

Snake River Falls rushes over a 54-foot-wide ledge on the Snake River. This waterfall is Nebraska’s largest by volume. A short scenic hike through private land leads visitors to the falls which thunder to the rocks below. To get to Snake River Falls take Highway 97 south of Valentine for 23 miles. Follow the signs west.
