Potter Sundry

The Potter Sundry serves up tin roof sundaes and other treats. Local soda jerk Pinky Thayer invented the concoction while working in this building when it was his father’s pharmacy. Nothing beats an original Potter tin roof sundae. To tide you over until your next visit, here is the recipe:

Place 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream into dish and cover completely with chocolate syrup. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and cover generously with a layer of real marshmallow syrup until it runs off (no substitutions). Cover with peanuts and enjoy a piece of Nebraska history.
