A new kitchen means Kinkaider Brewing Co. toasts great tastes of both their food and beer. The brewery name honors the people who settled Custer County following the passage of the 1904 Kinkaid Act. Solomon Butcher’s sod house era images hang in here, and brewmaster Dan Hodges crafted his Frame the Butcher IPA in his honor.
