Grand Theatre

Another grand feature of Grand Island is the Grand Theatre. Fires and economic downturns challenged this theater in its early days, but the movie palace has been restored to magnificent opulence and is playing movies once again. Car shows and other special events make the Grand Theatre the hot spot of the city, just as it was in its early days more than a century ago.
