Florence Mill

Brigham Young oversaw the building of Florence Mill in 1846 for the Mormon’s Winter Quarters settlement. This gristmill is considered the state’s oldest business. Saved from the brink of ruin, the mill is now home to a museum, an art gallery and a farmer’s market June through September.
