AkSarBen Aquarium Outdoor Education Center

The AkSarBen Aquarium Outdoor Education Center is located near Schramm State Recreation Area in Gretna. With an aquarium and a terrarium, visitors can get up-close looks at native Nebraska fish, reptiles and amphibians. An interactive classroom features a nature library, a collection of Nebraska birds, pelts from the state’s fur-bearing animals and microscopes for closer looks at insects.
